Belfiore Smoked Mozzarella comes in an 8 oz loaf-shaped ball, vacuum sealed to preserve its unique aromatic smoke flavor. The exceptional bouquet is created by a 100% natural wood smoke process using a special blend of three different wood chips, each contributing uniquely to color, aroma, and flavor during a slow, cold-smoke process in our own traditional, natural wood-burning smokehouse. Each ball is lightly brined and aged. Within the past decade, Belfiore Smoked Mozzarella has received “First Place” blue ribbon awards in several judging contests in the U.S. and internationally.
