Using Fresh Water Buffalo cream from a small farm in the Sacramento Valley we create the special filling of the Burrata by hand mixing fresh mozzarella. Topping is then filled into a mozzarella purse and hand tied. The rich flavor of water Buffalo cream with that holds its freshness.
